parenting plans, including the new "age
appropriate" model; the factors that the
Court must consider as a matter of law; and

IV. Child Support
The statutory guidelines for child support,
including new guidelines effective January 1,
2003; preparation of the Form 14, which determines
the amount of child support; the "Line
11 credit" for the non-custodial parent;

A non-adversarial method for devising a plan
to divide assets, debts, and parenting responsibilities;
who would be a good candidate for divorce mediation;
the costs and advantages of mediation over the
traditional divorce; and the mental health professional's
role in mediation.

The Collaborative Law Model, eligibility for
Collaborative Law; costs and advantages of Collaborative
Law; and the mental health professional's role
