Dawn Bradley Berry has written an excellent overview of what to expect when going through a divorce today, as well as a brief history of divorce in America. The author thoroughly examines the emotional aspects of divorce, and provides suggestions of ways to cope, and how to select the most appropriate way to end a marriage – through mediation, collaboration or litigation. The reader will gain calming direction in developing a plan for a new life in a transitional time.
Includes an extensive, although not current, list of suggested readings, and a detailed appendix listing national support organizations and state laws.
